When I first started my business, I struggled with how to grow (and then manage) a team of wedding planners. The struggle was real, and I’m sure it’s something most of us can relate to at some point in our growing creative businesses. In fact, there are still times when managing a team can be tough. I’m here to tell you that leading a healthy team is a journey, not a destination!
