We Over Me | The Importance Of Growing A Team For Your Wedding Planner Business

disclaimer: Occasionally we do share a paid affiliate link, receive a free product in exchange for our review, or accept paid advertising for a post. We also have thriving planner and venue partnership programs, which we love to promote here.  Please know that we only share things, people, and places we absolutely believe in and recommend.

When I first started my business, I struggled with how to grow (and then manage) a team of wedding planners. The struggle was real, and I’m sure it’s something most of us can relate to at some point in our growing creative businesses. In fact, there are still times when managing a team can be tough. I’m here to tell you that leading a healthy team is a journey, not a destination!

Are you struggling to do it all and ready to bring on team members? Have you already brought on new team members, but need help leading them with excellence?

Did you just launch your business, but know your goals will lead you to soon have a team of creatives working with you side by side? I’d love to help!

Through the loss of my dad to cancer, I’ve been incredibly blessed by a team that carried my business without me and most days carried me through in this season. They pray for me, encourage me AND have lead Chancey Charm through it’s best year yet in the midst of my personal crisis.

How did they pull this off?

Because they embody the WE over ME mentality, that’s become a cornerstone to the success of Chancey Charm. A win for any of our planners is a win for the team – because we’re building something bigger than ourselves, something that supports all of our dreams.

The number one take away I have from my personal tragedy is the importance of growing a team to support your dreams and give you freedom and flexibility to focus on your family and faith, especially when your world falls apart.

In my new Wedding Planner Training Center, I’m sharing the secrets to building a healthy team that will help you live your best life today.  It’s my prayer that the steps and techniques that I share in my resources, will help other small business owners reach what I like to call, The Sweet Spot: Where, your business is receiving both personal referrals AND online leads. The Sweet Spot, in my opinion, is the moment in which you can take a deep breath and celebrate the solid foundation you’ve laid!
